Know the difference

Depending on which COPENHAGEN CARD you choose you'll have one of the following transport-options included:

  • COPENHAGEN CARD - DISCOVERTM includes all types of public transportation in the Capital Region.

  • COPENHAGEN CARD - HOPTM includes acces to the Hop-on Hop-off buses in the City.

DISCOVER unlimited public transport

The COPENHAGEN CARD - DISCOVER includes all public transport within the Capital Region of Copenhagen (zone 1 - 99)*.

This means that the COPENHAGEN CARD - DISCOVER includes travel to towns outside Copenhagen, ie. Roskilde, Helsingør (Elsinore), Ishøj, Humlebæk, Rungsted, Hillerød, Køge, Frederikssund, Lejre where you can find more amazing attractions.

It is possible to travel in the entire Capital Region of Copenhagen. It is the area marked with green on the map.

Transportation includes: Metro, Buses, Commuter-trains (S-trains), Regional Trains, Local Trains and Harbour-Buses. 

*Does not include 1. class

It is included in COPENHAGEN CARD - DISCOVER. DISCOVER covers all public transportation forms between the city and Copenhagen Airport.

You get free unlimited public transport in the Copenhagen region (zone 1-99), which includes Copenhagen Airport (zone 4). 

Airport-transportation is NOT included in HOP.
